EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING A SHUTTLE CAR & CLAIMS THAT HE RAN OVER SOMETHING IN ROADWAY & JAMMED HIS HEAD INTO SHUTTLE CAR CANOPY. IT WAS OBSERVED THAT NOTHING WAS IN THE ROADWAY. INJURED WAS TREATED & TRANSPORTED BY AMBULANCE TO HOSPITAL.
