While climbing the ladder on the loader to replace the C.B. antena, employee lost his balance. He fell on his left wrist and broke it.

WHILE FITTING SUPPORT LEGS TO SAMPLER, EE WAS STEADYING A PIECE OF SQUARE STEEL TUBING TO BE TACKED INTO POSITION. WHILE RIGGING THE SAMPLER INTO FINAL POSITION, IT SHIFTED APPROX. 6 INCHES. EE LOST CONTROL OF THE TUBE (WHICH WAS STANDING ON THE FLOOR). THE TUBE TOPPLED OVER AND STRUCK EE ON THE FOOT. NOT THE RESULT OF REG. NONCOMPLIANCE, NOT TRAINING/SKILL RELATED...
