While adjusting grizzly bars EE had his right arm overhead pushing on bar to position. There was a "pop" in his shoulder. Shoulder aches and hurts with resistance.

EMPLOYEE WAS STANDING AT BOTTOM OF INCLINE; A LOADER OPERATOR FILLED BUCKET AND STARTED TO BACK UP TO TURN AROUND. ABOUT 45' UP THE GRADE, MOTOR DIED AND LOADER ROLLED FORWARD, STRIKING EMPLO YEE. ACCIDENT SEVERED 1 LEG BELOW KNEE AND BROKE BOTH LEGS IN THIGHS.
