EMPLOYEE HAD A SUDDEN SHARP PAIN TO THE RIGHT SIDE OF HIS HEAD AND A TINGLING SENSATION TO HIS RIGHT ARM AND LEG. AT THIS TIME, HE DROVE THE ROCK TRUCK OVER A 3-4 FOOT DIRT BERM AND A 15' HIGH WALL. THE ROCK TRUCK LANDED ON IT'S TOP. EMPLOYEE HAD A SEIZURE WHILE THE THE HOSPITAL EMERGENCYROOM.
