EMPLOYEE WAS USING A PRY BAR TO REMOVE A WHEEL SPINDLE FROM A BACK DUMP. HIS HAND SLIPPED UP AND OVER THE END OF THE BAR CAUSING A CUT ON THE PALM OF THE RIGHT HAND BETWEEN THE THUMB AND FOREF INGER. TREATMENT: 3 SUTURES AND TETANUS INJECTION.
