EE WAS WASHING COMPANY DRILL, DM45, USING A HOT WATER HIGH PRESSURE DEVICE. HE DROPPED THE WAND TO RETRIEVE MORE HOSE WHEN THE WAND HIT THE GROUND. HOT PRESSURIZED WATER SPRAYED THE BACK OF HI S LEFT LEG AT THE ANKLE LEAVING HIM WITH SMALL TOPICAL BLISTERS. DRESSED WITH COMMON FIRST-AID SUPPLIES AND VOLUNTARILY RETURNED TO WORK.
TRYING TO MOVE 55 GALLON DRUM OF FUEL TO AN AREA IN WHICH HE COULD FUEL THE PUMP UP. HE WAS OPERATING IN MUD UP TO HIS KNEES AND THE DRUM SLIPPED AND FELL ON HIS LEFT KNEE AND WRIST.

EE WAS CHANGING OIL ON THE ENGINE OF THE TEREX 4066. HE FAILED TO PUT UP HOOD SAFETY PROP, THE HOOD FELL DOWN ON HIS RIGHT FOREARM. HE LIFTED HOOD OFF HIS ARM, CALLED FOR HELP ON COMMUNICATION RADIO. CO-WORKER RESPONDED TO HELP HIM. SENT INJURED TO UNION HOSPITAL IN TERRE HAUTE WITH ANOTHER CO-WORKER.

HE WAS HANDLING CABLE AND IT SLIDE THROUGH HAND AND CUT IT.
