Employee operating skid steer removing dirt from a berm. Bucket struck concrete within berm and impact shifted employee forward making contact with safety bar. Chest soreness was reported. Sent employee to be checked out. No visible bruising and negative xrays. Restricted duty. No lifting/twisting
