INJURED WAS REMOVING BREAK ROTOR FROM 4-WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE AND WHEN THE ROTOR CLEARED THEAXLE THAT WAS SUPPORTING IT, INJURED WAS UNABLE TO CONTROL THE AXLE, DROPPING IT TOTHEGROUND CATCHING HIS FINGER BETWEEN THE ROTOR AND GROUND CUTTING IS FINGER.

A TREE BRANCH HAD BECAME LODGED BEHIND THE EX- HAUST PIPE OF THE BULLDOZER THE INJURED WAS OPERATING. THE INJURED TRIED TO LIFT THE BRANCH ABOVE THE EXHAUST PIPE SO HE COULD TRAM ON PAST AND WHEN THE BRANCH CLEARED THE PIPE IT FLIPPED WITH FORCE STRIKING HIM IN THE CHEST AREA.
