EE was installing insulation into place. EE got too close to the second metal strap, and it cut EE's face above the eye. EE left the work area and went and received first aid. It was determined that EE needed to be sent to a hospital. EE received four stitches. EE has no work restrictions and returned to work on 11/09/23.
