POWER HANDLE SLIPPED OFF LUG BOLT, RELEASING E MPLOYEE WHO FEL5 BACKWARDS TO FLOOR AND IN DOING SO, BACK STRUCK OLD TIRE HE HAD REMOVED FROM SCOOP, CAUSING HIM TO COME TO A STOP AND CREATING A WHIP LIKE MOTION OF HIS NECK.
