Injured & his partner were on a 6 x 6 raft and pulling themselves toward the dewater pump to do the monthly P.M. The partner pulled on the rope used to move them forward when the raft tipped sideways. The injured worker grabbed the wall to support himself and in doing so injured his right hand. The water is 12" deep.

EE was pulling a 40ft piece of plastic pipe when he felt pain in his left knee. He had previously injured this knee on May 13,08 at the topaz mine. He was sent for an assessment and has been refered to a specialist as there was no sign of injury. NOTE: this is a reoccurence of the previous injury, we have the worker on restricted duty until further assessment.

INJURED WAS DRILLING LIFTER IN FACE WHEN ROCK 11"X10"X2" DISLODGED FROM FACE FALLING APPROX 4' STIKING INJURED ON HEAD BREAKING LAMP BRACKET FROM HAT.
