Southwest Paving and Grading Inc · Fall from machine

Employee was exiting loader and had one foot on the bottom step of loader and one foot on ground while using 3 point contact when employee slipped (2 feet) onto their rear. At first employee did not want to be checked out and 10 min later decided to be examined. Employee lost balance landed on their rear and fractured hip.
