EMPLOYEE WAS LIFTING A PIECE OF STONE AND STRAINED HIS BACK
Employee was splitting stone. The big piece that he was working on broke and part of it hit his leg and bruised it. He did not report the injury until Monday, June 20th.
EE was moving a piece of stone, it broke and fell on his foot.

EMPLOYEE WAS SPLITTING STONE AND A PIECE OF METAL CUT HIS LEFT HAND.
Worker was walking a piece of stone to a pallet, it broke and smashed his hand between the pieces of stone.

Employee was splitting rock; something went under his safety glasses and scratched his right eye.
This was not a reportable injury at the time, first aid only and no lost time. Several weeks later the employee reported pain in his wrist. The doctor said that there was a sliver of something in his wrist and they remove it on September 19th. He was not at work September 19th or 20th. He was released for work on the 21st.
Employee was moving a piece of flagstone to a pallet. It slipped and fell against his ankle.
