Charley Toppino & Sons Inc · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

WHILE WORKING AT THE SCREEN PLANT AREA EMPLOYEE WALKED SOUTH TOWARDS THE WAREHOUSES. AT THAT TIME HE STEPPED INTO THE PATH OF AN ONCOMING FRONT END LOADER AND WAS KNOCKED TO THE GROUND WITH TH E BUCKET. HIS LEFT LEG WAS RUN OVER BY THE RIGHT REAR TIRE. THE DRIVER HAD LOOKED TO HIS LEFT & BEHIND HIM TO DIRECT A TRUCK AROUND SO HE COULD LOAD THE TRUCK. LOADER WAS EMPTY & GOING 5 MPH.
