Ronald Sand & Gravel · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

One end of a chain was hooked to a 160 excavator and the miner hooked the other end to a hitch to move dolly out from under portable crusher. The chain came undone and the miner grabbed at the chain before it had quit moving. The chain pulled his right thumb through the eye of the dolly. The miner pulled his thumb out of the eye.
