The Miner tripped and fell on limestone surface which resulted in injury to their nose. Employee was treated and returned to work the next working day.
Employee tripped on WD-40 can and fell onto quarry saw track causing laceration on right lower leg. Went to doctor, received 2 stitches and tetanus shot. Employee returned to work with no restrictions.

Employee was walking and stepped on a metal bearing on the ground causing it to sling up and pierce EE's calf muscle. Went to doctor, wound was cleaned, antibiotics administered and tetanus shot administered. Employee returned to work with no restrictions.
