Chandler Aggregates Inc. · Struck against a moving object

Loader operator shook the bucket to confirm no residual material was in EE's bucket. The machine shaking aggravated an existing back condition. The operator finished the shift and departed the mine site without notifying the supervisor of EE's injury.
