Employee was stepping down off a piece of our water truck, when he slipped and reached to catch his balance. While reaching he cut his index finger on a piece of metal. The cut required six stitches. No lost workdays.

HE WAS WORKING ON AN ELECTRIC BOX. HIS HELPER THOUGHT HE WAS FINISHED AND TURNED THE POWER BACKM ON THE BOX SINCE HE WAS NOT QUITE DONE. HE RECEIVED A SHOCK. HE WAS NOT LOST NAY TIME. GROIN AREA. AT A LATER DATE IT WAS DIAGNOSED AS AN INQUINAL HERNIA SURGERY AT A LATER DATE.

EMPL WAS MAKING NEW STELL PLATE CHUTE FOR STONE TO FLOW FROM UNDER CRUSHER. HE WAS WELDING PLATE IN PLACE. AS HE WAS ADJUSTING PLACEMENT PLATE SLIPPED & CAUGHT RIGHT RING FINGER JUST ABOVE SEC OND JOINT. FINGER HAS BEEN WORKED ON IT WAS NOT SEVERED COMPLETELY BUT SURGEON SAID IT WOULD BE 50-50 CHANCE TO SAVE FINGER.
