Miner was re-setting stop blocks at base of stacker conveyor, when lost balance and mashed finger between conveyor frame and block.

Miner was cleaning spillage off conveyor belt at tail section between guard and tail box, when he stepped off the concrete block supporting the tail section and twisted right ankle inward.
Miner was cleaning stone from grizzlies when a stone slid from top of grizzlies smashing right ring finger between two pieces of stone.

AS HE WAS ADJUSTING PLACEMENT PLATE SLIPPED & CAUGHT RIGHT RING FINGER JUST ABOVE SEC OND JOINT. FINGER HAS BEEN WORKED ON IT WAS NOT SEVERED COMPLETELY BUT SURGEON SAID IT WOULD BE 50-50 CHANCE TO SAVE FINGER.
THIS EMPLOYEE HAND PICKS FLAGSTONE. HE WAS HELPING TWO OTHER EMPLOYEES TO PUSH A ROCK TO THE CNENTER OF THE PICKING TABLE WHEN HE SAID HIS BACK HURTS.
