EMPLOYEE WAS UNLOADING A REBUILT HYDRAULIC CYLINDER FROM A PICK UP WHEN THE CYLINDER DROPPED ON HIS FINGERS. THE CYLINDER SEVERED HIS LEFT MIDDEL FINGER AT THE 1ST JOINT AND REMOVED THE TIP OF THE FLESH ON HIS LEFT INDEX FINGER.
