Salls Brothers Construction · Caught in, under or between running or meshing objects

There was a laborer shoveling dirt from under the cone crusher. The shovel handle got caught between the moving conveyor belt and the frame of machine causing the shovel to get pulled up along with employees arm. Right forearm was caught between belt and frame and was amputated approx 3 inched below elbow.
