EE was climbing around the wash plant water manifold to tighten up the belt on the plant motor. He put his weight onto a piece of angle iron that was welded to the plant. The angle iron broke loose, causing him to lose his balance & fall 15' to the ground.
HE WAS RUNNING TEH WASHPLANT WHEN HE NOTICED A BELT RUNNING SLOW HE WALKED BEHIND THE BELT CONVEYOR TO CHEEK WHERE A ROCK FELL OFF HITTING HIM ON THE SIDE OF THE HEAD
