Employee was cleaning cat walk over river using a 5 gal bucket to carry rock to shore, approx 100' then throwing it over the top rail to the ground below. First pain in his back when dumping bucket and called on the radio for help.

WORKING ON BOOSTER PUMP ROCK BOX INSTALLING NEW GASKET ON CLEAN OUT LID. WHILE REPLACING LID, LEFT FOOT SLIPPED, RIGHT HAND HOLDING PRY BAR WAS PINCHED AGAINST PUMP SHELL.
