STEPPED OFF A FRONT END LOADER LADDER INTO A PUDDLE OF WATER. THERE WAS A ROCK HIDDEN IN THE WATER WHICH TWISTED HIS BACK WHEN HE STEPPED ON IT.LOWER LUMBAR STRAIN.
