While employee was changing the feed cylinder on the cubex drill barrel, the cylinder unexpectedly lurched forward catching right hand between the cylinder and the drill cradle, trapping middle finger.
Employee was walking from the crew van to the underground administration office and slipped and fell. When employee fell they landed on their self rescuer.

EE and partner were capping off the water intake from Saval 3 to blow water out of the line to prevent freezing. They had climbed the ramp and were coming down when EE lost his footing and slipped. When EE was falling he heard a popping noise in his left ankle and felt pain.
