Western Gravel, Inc. · Fall onto or against objects

While changing screens on a mobile screen plant a section of removable catwalk came loose causing employee to fall. Employee received medical evaluation at the local hospital. Employee only suffered scrapes and a bruise. Employee was released to go back to work at full duty.
