EE WAS REMOVING MATERIAL WHICH HAD BUILT UP NEAR A GUARDED RETURN IDLER THE PRY BAR INADVERTENTLY CAME INTO CONTACT BETWEEN THE EDLER AND THE BELT CAUSING THE PRY BAR AND THE EE S HAND AND ARM TO BE PULLED BETWEEN THE BELT AND RETURN IDLER THE EE RECEIVED ABRASIONS TO HIS RIGHT HAND AND ARM.
