Employee was using a chain saw on county road that leads into the mine site, to remove fallen tree limbs onto the road and fence. Employee stated later that afternoon that his back had been strained.

Employee was welding using a cutting torch in confine space for @ 30 minutes. When came out of space employee was extremely hot with headache, passed out from heat and was taken to the hospital in ambulance.
