A 6 INCH PIPE WITH A CHAIN ATTACHED, WAS ALYING ON A SMALL MOUND OF SAND. EE ATTEMPTED TO REMOVE THE CHAIN, CAUSING THE PIPE TO ROLL, STRIKING HIM ON THE RIGHT ANKLE.
