HE IS A ROOF BOLTER HELPER. HE WAS STANDING BESIDE THE ROOF BOLTER AFTER THE LAST ROW OF BOLTS HAD BEEN INSTALLED. THE BOLTE MACHINE OPERATOR WAS LETTING DOWN HIS STAB JACK AND HE HAD HIS FOOT UNDER THE EDGE OF THE FRAME. WHEN THE ROOF BOLTER CAME DOWN IT HIT HIS FOOT. HE HAD 3 FRACTURED TOES.
