A 10 LB ROCK ROLLED OFF CONVEYOR BELT, WHILE EMPLOYEE WAS SHOVELING MATERIAL ONTO THE CONVEYOR BELT. HITTING EMPLOYEE ON LEFT SIDE OF HEAD. EMPLOYEE WAS WEARING A HARD HAT AT THE TIME.
