HE WAS WELDING ON THE GRIZZLY. HE HAD MUD ON HIS BOOTS- SLIPPED AND FELL THROUGH THE BARS ON THE GRIZZLY. ONLY LEGS FELL THROUGH UP TO HIS KNEES. HE WAS CONCERNED ABOUT RE-INJURING A PREVIOUS INJURY.

HE WAS BACKING DOWN TO GET LOADED. HE WAS IN A FORWARD GEAR AND ROLLED BACKWARDS AND KILLED THE ENGINE. THE TRUCK ROLLED BACK INTO THE BACKHOE- NO SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT. HE WHILE EXI TING VEHICLE SLIPPED AND TWISTED HIS BACK CAUSING, SUPPOSEDLY, A PINCHED NERVE IN HIS BACK.
