EMPLOYEE WAS IN THE PROCESS OF SPLITTING A BLOCK OF GRANITE. WHEN THE GRANITE BLOCK BROKE ONE PIECE ROCKED BACK TOWARDS THE LEFT WHILE THE OTHER ROCKED TOWARDS THE RIGHT. THE EMPLOYEE JUMPED FROM THE BACK BLOCK ONTO THE FRONT BLOCK AND THEN ONTO THE GROUND WHICH WAS APPROX 5 1/2 FEET. AFTER ABOUT 5 MIN HE BEGAN TO CONPLAIN WITH HIS NECK HURTING.
EMPLOYEE WAS CHANGING THE BUCKET TO FORKS ONT HE 560 LOADER WHEN HE GOT CAUGHT BETWEEN THE FRAME AND FORKS. THE FRAME FELL BACK AGAINST HIM HURTING HIS STOMACH.
ACCIDENT WAS NOT DIRECTLY CAUSED BY THE JOB HOWEVER EMPLOYEE HAD A SEIZURE WHILE USING BURNER TO CHANNEL STONE AND FELL CUTTING HEAD. HIS DOCTOR SAID THE SEIZURE WAS PROBABLY A DIRECT RESULT O DIRECT RESULT OF AN AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENT WHICH HE HAD HAD.
