WE WERE TAKING THE HOOD OFF THE 360 RUBBER TIRED LOADER. WHEN EE INDEX FINGER GOT CAUGHT BETWEEN THE COUNTER WEIGHT AND THE HOOD.

EMPLOYEE WAS IN THE PROCESS OF SPLITTING A BLOCK OF GRANITE. WHEN THE GRANITE BLOCK BROKE ONE PIECE ROCKED BACK TOWARDS THE LEFT WHILE THE OTHER ROCKED TOWARDS THE RIGHT. THE EMPLOYEE JUMPED FROM THE BACK BLOCK ONTO THE FRONT BLOCK AND THEN ONTO THE GROUND WHICH WAS APPROX 5 1/2 FEET. AFTER ABOUT 5 MIN HE BEGAN TO CONPLAIN WITH HIS NECK HURTING.

ACCIDENT WAS NOT DIRECTLY CAUSED BY THE JOB HOWEVER EMPLOYEE HAD A SEIZURE WHILE USING BURNER TO CHANNEL STONE AND FELL CUTTING HEAD. HIS DOCTOR SAID THE SEIZURE WAS PROBABLY A DIRECT RESULT O DIRECT RESULT OF AN AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENT WHICH HE HAD HAD.
