SPROCKET ASSEMBLY WAS PROPPED UP IN ITS GUIDE BY A PIECE OF META L (UNKNOWN ORIGIN). VICTIM MOVED PIECE OF METAL AND SPROCKET ASSEMBLY MOVED DOWN FALLING ON VICTIMS LOWER FACE, FRACTURING FACIAL BONES AND BRUISING NECK.
