LABORER WAS SHOVELING SAND. WHEN HE TURNED TO DUMP OUT HIS SHOVEL, HE HEARD A SNAPPING NOISE. A SHOOTING PAIN FOLLOWED ON HIS RT SIDE OF BACK THEN ON LEFT SIDE.
EMPLOYEE WAS IN A HURRY AND JUMPED OFF A WALKWAYINSTEAD OF USING STEPS. ROCKS ON THE WALKWAY MADE HIM SLIP WHILE HE JUMPED AND HE FELL ABOUT 2 FT AND LANDED ON HIS WRIST.
EE WAS SHOVELING UNDER A CONVEYOR FROM THE SCREENING PLANT AND WAS POKED WITH PIECE OF METAL STICKING OUT. IT BROKE OFF INSIDE HIS LEFT BREAST AND HAD TO BE REMOVED.
