Miner was working on the inoperative screening plant. EE was bent over, on the deck, about 5 ft above ground. EE stood up too quickly and passed out, falling back over the guardrail to the ground, landing on and injuring their shoulder and upper back. EE's helper, returning from an errand 1-2 min later, found EE conscious on the ground in pain, helped and radioed for help.
