EMPLOYEE WAS ATTEMPTING TO REMOVE A 20 POUND TUBE OF PACKAGED EXPLOSIVE FROM A DRILL HOLE, WHEN HE INCURRED A CERVICAL STRAIN.

THE WIND WAS BL2WING REAL HARD. THERE WAS ALOT OF DUST IN THE AIR. HE WERE SETTING UP A LIGHT PLANT FOR HIR CREW. WHEN THE LOADERS OPERATOR WAS PUTTING A BUCKET OF MATERIAL IN A TRUCK, THE WIN D CAUGHT IT AND3BLEW IT IN HIS FACE. IT WAS HIS OWN FAULT FOR NOT WEARING SAFETY GLASSES, AND RUBBING HIS EYES.
