Dunbar Stone Co Inc · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

EMPLOYEE WAS STACKING ASHLAR STYLE QUARTZITE STONE. HE HAD COMPLETED THE PALLET AND WAS PICKING UP HIS TOOLS WHEN THE EDGE OF THE STONE FELL OVER PINNING HIS HAND TO THE GROUND. WHEN HE PULLED HIS HAND FREE THE STONE CUT HIM. THE ACCOUNT I HAVE IS FROM THE SPLITTER HIMSELF. NO ONE SAW WHAT HAPPENED UNTIL HE WAS FREE.
