OVERHEATED RADIATOR ON FRONT END LOADER. EE WAS GOING TO RELIEVE PRESSURE BY LOOSENING CAP. THE CAP CAME OFF SPRAYING HOT LIQUID ON HIS ARM. HE THEN FELL FROM LOADER AND BROKE HIS ANKLE.
