A LARGE FLAT ROCK COMING OFF END OF FEEDER HIT C ONVEYOR BELT AND ROLLED BACKWARDS STRIKING GATE AND PUSHING IT BACK OVER CENTER STRIKING WORKER IN BACK OF HEAD WHIEL HIS BACK WAS TO THE GATE END OF THE FEEDER. THEN PUSHING HIM FORWARDS INT
