EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING OUTSIDE ON BATTERY CHARGER. ELECTRICITY WAS DISCONNECTED. HE WAS ATTEMPTING TO LOSEN BOLT BY SPRAYING WD-40 ON IT WHEN IT IGNITED.
