THE MAINTENANCE CREW WAS MOVING THE POWER CENTER INTO THE SECOND BREWAK OUTBY THE FACE WHEN THE ROOF FELL. A LARGE PIECE OF SHALE FELL ON TWO OF REPAIRMEN. IN ASSISTING REMOVAL OF ROCK, THE FO RMANS RIGHT HAND WAS LACERATED AND BRUISED IN THE FINGER AREA.
