THE SIDE CONVEYOR HEAD PULLEY WAS BUILT UP WITH DIRT, A SPAD WAS USED TO CLEAN IT OFF. WHEN THE SPADE HIT THE DIRT IT JUMPED SLAMMING HIS HAND AGAINST THE STEEL REEL. BRUISING THE TOP OF THE L EFT HAND AND MAKING A 1/2" CUT.
