MACHINE WAS PARKED WITH A LOADED BUCKE TON VERY SLIGHT INCLINE. OPRATOR LOCKED BRAKE AND WAS INFRONT OFLOADER ABOUT TEN FEET. BRAKE LET ITSELF LOOSE AND ROLLED FORWARD INTO OEPRATOR. BREAKI NG HIS LEG.
