Fehn Companies, Inc. · Caught in, under or between running or meshing objects

Operator inspecting cylinder bushing while lowering grizz, put left hand on frame inspecting bushing, bar came down on fingers. Bar automatically closes, operator did not realize was close. Surgery left, middle, pointer finger tips same day. Discharged same day incident. Bone broken past last joint of fingers. Operator cleared come back work with restrictions 3/27/26.
