EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING A 988 LOADER, WHEN A HYDRAULIC HOSE BURSTED CAUSING OIL TO SPRAY ON ENGINE CAUSING A FIRE. EMPLOYEE JUMPED FROM LOADER TO AVOID BEING BURNED. HE LANDED ON HIS FEET AND R OLLED TO ONE SIDE CAUSING A FRACTURE IN HIS LEFT LOWER LEG.
WHILE USING AN ELECTRIC GRINDER ON 992 LOADER MANIFOLD, A PIECE OF METAL FLEW INTO RIGHT EYE.
