Technician injured lifting 988 wheel loader rear differential using service truck crane with 5ton lift capacity. 2 F/S techs were picking up 8300lbs differential. The differential started to swing and f/s tech tried to slow swing using hand. F/s tech's elbow hit inner rear bumper inside wheel well. Strain/Sprain to (R) Elbow and (R) Wrist.

2 Employees were removing a troughing roller from a conveyor belt. One turned the roller over onto its side pinching the fingers of the other employee. This caused bruising and abrasion to the fingers of the left hand and being placed on restricted work capacity.

Employee was working in Quarry trying to let down a 500lb "Blow Bar" which was on the ground sitting on the edge of a pallet when the "Blow Bar" started to tilt. Employee tried to steady the "Blow Bar" when it slipped off the pallet and pinned his Right Index Finger underneath crushing it. Employee sustained a fractured finger and several stitches.

LOADER OP WZAS LOADING THE BUCKET BACKED UP TURNING TOWARD THE PIT & BACKED INTO THE PIT. HE PUT LOADER IN FORWARD & IT STALLED THE OP DID NOT HAVE TIME TO APPY THE BRAKES.
EE WAS PULLING ENGINE CORD & PULLED A MUSCLE IN RT SHOULDER.
