Vernon Hamilton Construction Company · Fall onto or against objects

The wind was blowing extremely hard with large gusts. The contractor was on-site working doing electrical work. The contractor was standing outside of a truck and the wind blew the open truck door into the contractor, causing contractor to lose balance. Contractor fell backward and hit head on the conveyor that was behind the contractor.
