THE SHOCK ABSORBERS WERE LEAKING FLUID CAUSING THE SEAT INSIDE THE LOADER TO BOTTOM OUT WHEN HE HIT A POTHOLE.

EE HAD HIS RIGHT HAND LAYING ON TOP OF A WINCH WHEN HE KICKED OUT THE BRAKE, THE WINCH WAS ENGAGED AT SUCH A FORCE IT CAUSED HIM TO FAL BACKWARD, PULLING HIS HAND ACROSS AN EDTE OF METAL.
