EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING DOWN THE HILL TO GET THE LOADER TO PLOW THE HILL SO THEY COULD GET THE TRUCK UP THE HILL AND FELL DIRECTLY ON HIS BACK. DURING THE FALL HIS GLASSES WERE ALSO KNOCKED OFF.
