EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING TO UNLOAD STRAW FROM THE BACK OF A TRUCK WHEN A BALE FELL OFF THE TRUCK STRIKING HIM ON THE HEAD. HE CONTINUED TO WORK 2 MORE DAYS. WAS ADMITTED TO MEDICAL CENTER ON 12-23 AND RELEASED ON 12-25. HE CLAIMS IT HURT HIS BACK, NECK AND RUPTURED HIS NAVEL.

HE HAS NOT AS YET RETURNED TO WORK, AND MORE TEST ARE BEIN
